Welcome to Pocket Take-off: PDF Measure Tool. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pocket Take-off mobile application (the "App") and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer of Accuracy

Pocket Take-off provides digital measurement and estimation tools for PDF documents. The App is intended to assist with estimations and is not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural, or surveying services.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for setting the correct scale, verifying all measurements, and confirming all dimensions.

No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the measurements, take-offs, or calculations generated by the App will be perfectly accurate, complete, or error-free.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the app require a "Pro" subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your respective app store settings.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the PDFs and blueprints you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and share any plans within the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Take-off shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, material costs, bidding errors, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your reliance on the App's measurements or outputs.
