1. Introduction

Welcome to Pocket Take-off. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application and website.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload blueprints or PDFs, use our measurement tools, or communicate with us. This may include your email address, name, and the files you upload to our servers to sync across your devices. We also collect purchase history (we do not directly collect or store your credit card information). Additionally, we automatically collect device information (e.g., device model, OS version), and crash reports to help us improve the App's performance and user interface.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions (including subscriptions), send you technical notices, and respond to your comments and questions.

4. Data Sharing

Your blueprint files and project data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption (Google Cloud / Firebase). We do not sell your personal data or uploaded plans to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our application.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
